Purchased time will expire after six months for ten and twenty-five
hour blocks, after one year for fifty and one-hundred hour blocks.

Fuel is included in this block time. Fuel purchased at other locations
will be reimbursed at the posted Dodgen Aircraft cash rate. Reimbursement
is available only with a valid receipt including amount in gallons purchased.

Time cannot be shared or split between multiple customers. The individual
who purchases the time must be the individual to whom the aircraft is
dispatched and billed.

Hours used over the purchased block time can be applied to the purchase
of a new block of time or will be charged at the standard rental rate.

All current Dodgen Aircraft lease agreement terms for rental apply to
the aircraft during block time usage.

Purchased block time is only valid for usage in the Seneca aircraft.

Aircraft usage during block time is subject to standard scheduling
practices and availability.

All block rate time is at a dry rate. Aircraft will be supplied full of fuel and
must be filled at the time of the return. All fuel expenses will be the responsibility
of the pilot to whom the aircraft is dispatched.
